The finale of the NUST Central Library Summer Quest Camp was held on 12 July 2024, attended by 75 children between the ages of 7 and 17 years, the day was filled with pride and celebration. Director Admin, Col. Umar Hashmi, and Director M&C, Ms. Maria Qadri, presented certificates to the participants of the camp as well as the resource persons.
The five-day camp witnessed a variety of engaging and educational activities designed to inspire and develop new skills in our children which involved 14 resource persons.
Keeping up with NUST’s tradition of community services, a priceless community engagement activity was incorporated which involved the collection of 479 books for the NUST Elementary School in Darya Khan, Bhakkar, presented by Mr. Waseem Baig, DD Library. The participating children collected and presented these books to the team, with Mohammed Sarim emerging as the top donor.
